Our sandwiches make a great meal. We use real bread from Bountiful Bread, delivered fresh daily. We have moved to better cheddar and gruyere, we make our own hummus, and tuna salad from the fish, not from a can. We've been teaching cooking classes in our kitchens since 1997. There is a maximum of 6 participants per class- which are all hands on.
You'll learn tips and techniques, new recipes, and take a lot of food home with you.
You don't have to be an expert- just willing to join in and learn.
